If you are dissatisfied with the product, please contact us by phone or email. We will resolve any issues that arise. It is very important to us that every buyer is satisfied when shopping at Lipdukai.eu online store.

When exchanging or returning products purchased at Lipdukai.eu store, it is important to know that:

• You can return or exchange purchased products within 14 working days from the day of receiving the goods.
• When exchanging or returning a product, you must include:
• purchase confirmation document (invoice);
• completed "Product exchange/return form".
• You are responsible for transportation or shipping costs, except when the product is returned due to improper quality or manufacturing error.
• The exchanged or returned products must meet the requirements of their commercial condition:
• the products must not have been used;
• the products must not be damaged;
• the products must retain their consumer properties and commercial appearance;
• the products must be returned in the original packaging.

Note: Changes to the appearance of the packaging that were necessary to inspect the product (e.g. opening the packaging bag) are not considered essential changes to the appearance of the product.

• If the returned item meets the requirements for its commercial appearance, within 14 working days from the receipt of the exchanged or returned item, Lipdukai.eu undertakes to send the buyer a new selected item (instead of the returned item) or transfer the refundable amount to the account specified in the "Product Exchange/Return Form."
• If there is a price difference when exchanging items, the buyer must settle based on the recalculated prices.
• You can choose a replacement item from the entire range of products sold in the Lipdukai.eu store at the time of exchanging the item you wish to receive instead of returning it.
• The return or exchange of goods is regulated by:
• Order No. 258 of the Minister of Economy of the Republic of Lithuania of August 17, 2001 "On the Approval of Rules for the Sale of Goods and the Provision of Services when Contracts are Concluded Using Communication Means," in a new edition approved by Order No. 4-959 of the Minister of Economy of the Republic of Lithuania of December 23, 2011 (Official Gazette, 2011, No. 161-7654).
• Order No. 217 of the Minister of Economy of the Republic of Lithuania of June 29, 2001 "On the Approval of Rules for the Return and Exchange of Goods" in a new edition, approved by Order No. 4-243 of the Minister of Economy of the Republic of Lithuania of March 15, 2012 (Official Gazette, 2012, No. 34-1637).
• Retail trade rules approved by Resolution No. 697 of the Government of the Republic of Lithuania of June 11, 2001 (Official Gazette, 2001, No. 51-1778).
• The Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania (Official Gazette, 2000, No. 74-2262; 2011, No. 129-6108).
• Based on these resolutions, items with color, size, or design options are listed as non-refundable items. They are produced individually.
• Attention! Money for returned items is transferred only to the payer's bank account in all cases.
